Signal Hill Garden is located on a small hill near Minden Row in Tsim Sha Tsui. There is a signal tower in the garden which was built in 1907 by the Hong Kong Observatory. The tower is an Edwardian-style building. Its bailey is made up of red bricks, with a half dome top in light green colour. The tower is approximately 18.9 m in height and is divided into 3 decks. There is a spiral staircase with iron handrails to link up all the decks. Pushing through the wooden patio window on the 3rd floor, one can enjoy viewing a part of Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront.

The garden is built along hillside and plenty of trees are found on both sides of the footpath. There is a Chinese style pavilion in the garden, which is a vantage point to view Victoria Harbour and the eastern part of Hong Kong Island
