How To Apply: | Send in the application form with information on the location, date, time, synopsis of the film, description of the scenes, size of the crew, equipment list, use of government power supply and utilities, number of vehicles, and details of any setting or alteration to property. Processing time : 10 working days. |

Fees: |
$6,640 (basic charge) for the first 4 hours, $1,890 for each subsequent 4-hour block and a refundable deposit equal to the fees payable. Both are to be paid before filming. If extra government personnel is required to assist in the filming or extra services are involved, the actual cost plus overheads will be charged. |

PLI Cover: |
Applicants may be required to effect a public liability insurance covering damage to the property and any personal injury or death. |

Remarks: |
1) Filming can only take place on the closing days (i.e. Tuesdays), subject to the availability of the venue. 2) The filming shall not cause any inconvenience or hindrance to the operation of the park. 3) The nature of the film shall not be a cause of embarrassment to the HKSAR Government, the property itself or any of its occupants. Nor shall it offend the laws of Hong Kong or be of immoral, defamatory or political flavour. 4) Lighting of fire and the use of fireworks, explosives or any pyrotechnic materials are strictly forbidden. 5) The applicant is advised to study the guidance notes for location filming (available for downloading at www.tpark.hk/en/rules-for-filming/) before tendering applications. |
